THE NEXT AMERICAN REVOLUTION
QUESTION: HAS AMERICA LOST HER SPIRIT?
Recent events have shown that Americans are divided and the divide is very real. It’s not the Democrats and Republicans of old. They had their differences but both groups believed in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. Things are different now. There are four major differences.

The first difference is in the administration. The senior administrative people seem to think they own the joint. They seem to have forgotten that citizens elect other citizens to represent them and it is the elected people who decide which direction to take the country, not the unelected administrative people. They have become the dreaded Deep State. It’s no longer a conspiracy theory. It’s a very real conspiracy.

The second difference is the widespread nature of the problem. Permanent Washington (including the leadership of Obama’s FBI, CIA, DOJ and DNI) tried to steal the election in 2016; to interfere with Trump’s efforts to run the country; and, to overturn the will of the people. That is NOT a peaceful transfer of power. That is sedition. That is treason. The Democrats from Hillary to Obama/Biden and crew knowingly led and participated in the coup d’etat. They crossed a threshold from political action to criminal. They should be prosecuted.
The effort to block and interfere with any investigation into their nefarious behavior, to knowingly lie about Russian collusion and lie about the first impeachment has been a sustained coordinated effort by both the Democrats and permanent Washington. I believe it is criminal and it is definitely un-American. Nancy Pelosi’s deranged rush to a second impeachment is pure vindictive hate. John Durham is MIA and the DOJ is slow walking everything.

The third difference is the intense hatred for Donald Trump versus the intense loyalty of "the deplorables". There is nothing rational or reasonable in the hate. It rises to the level of psychotic. If you have a deep hate of Trump but you can't articulate why, sorry, you are one of those psychotics. (And please, don't use your feigned shock at Trump saying he'd "grab them by the pussy" Trump just said it. Clinton actually did it. So get off your moral high horse.) How can you ignore or dismiss Trump's impressive improvements in the economy for all Americans lifting people out of poverty for the first time in decades? Isn't that a good thing? Aren't the Abraham Accords and real potential for peace in the Middle East an endeavor worthy of praise? Can you say, "Yes"? How can you fault him for putting historically black colleges on a sound financing footing for the first time or reforming the criminal justice system or implementing Tim Scott's opportunity zones? Aren't they worthy endeavors? How do you hate the first President in your lifetime to make campaign promises AND ACTUALLY KEEP THEM? That's extraordinary. How do you blame Trump for the Wuhan virus? Where's the logic in that? Did the virus come from China or from Trump? Is the Democrats' desperate effort to hang the blame for the virus on Trump just payback for the millions of dollars China paid to the Bidens? If you want to climb onto a moral high horse, why not denounce the Biden crime family's getting rich off selling access to "the big guy", VP Joe Biden? How do you just dismiss the remarkable performance of the Trump team to ramp up and meet PPE needs and to develop and distribute a vaccine in record time? The logistics management alone is historic. Anyone who loves the American system of government should applaud President Trump's strict adherence to the 10th Amendment when managing the pandemic. The 10th Amendment says, "Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this Confederation expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled." Trump didn't fall prey to the temptation to assume full power in the panic of the pandemic and suspend the Constitution. He shared that power with the Governors of each state. So much for being the autocrat the democrats call him. The visceral hatred of Trump by both the Democrats and the establishment Republicans is both pathological and unhealthy.
If you want to criticize Trump for some aspect of COVID-19 response, criticize him for not working on treatments for COVID instead of being so fixated on the vaccine alone. But maybe cut him some slack. The pressure of collusion between Big Pharma and the mandarins at the NIH is powerful stuff. They don't want cheap therapies. They want expensive designer drugs that desperate governments will gladly pay for. And Trump did it all while crazy Nancy, lying Schiff and corrupt Nadler tried to impeach him at every turn for any bogus reason.

The fourth difference is the number of people who think socialism is a good idea. It has never worked anywhere in the world but Dems still think it's a good idea. Where does this delusional thinking come from? Are they really teaching this stuff in school? How can anyone not see the corruption of Bernie Sanders who has become rich from telling other people what's good for them? Or that Gavin Newsom has your best interest at heart while dining at The French Laundry? And who was he dining with? He was dining with the leaders of the California Medical Association. The experts who are advising him on the so-called science they obviously don't follow or believe. Apparently, Gavin didn't have his mask on between bites either. Then there is Nancy. She withholds approval of Covid relief for you for months while displaying her designer ice cream in her luxury freezers. (There is nothing like empathy. And Nancy is nothing like empathy.) She talks about helping people. But it's all talk through her virtue-signaling designer masks. Here's a Muppet New Flash for you. Nancy Pelosi doesn't give a rat's rump for you. That's why it's OK for her to get a haircut but not you. Nancy has lost her mind. Andrew Cuomo has killed thousands with his misguided Covid policies. He actually wrote a book on leadership but failed to lead. Cuomo exhibits the height of hubris and hypocrisy. Democrats have completely lost their moral compass. Are you surprised?
What does surprise me is that real Americans are not more outraged by what's happening and taking more action against it. (Those who lie and cheat are not real Americans by my definition.) Are Americans really prepared to give up their life, liberty and pursuit of happiness without a fight? Has America lost her spirit?
A SECOND AMERICAN REVOLUTION
I think it's time for a second American Revolution. Not the clumbsy confused effort of BLM, Antifa and Trump supporters rioting and looting the Capital. The left calls it an insurrection. It wasn't. It was just 200 or 300 yahoos who took advantage of the totally inept security posture at the Capitol. Maybe you don't want to place all the blame on the yahoos ... or Trump. Maybe reserve some of your contempt for capitol police and the mayor who were completely unprepared.
A real revolution will be led by patriots who want a more perfect union and are prepared to pledge their life, their fortune and their sacred honor to achieve it. Revolting against "a long train of abuses and usurpations" is a noble enterprise and the right thing to do. It's as American as apple pie ... or the first revolution. It's time for a new Continental Congress where honorable people meet to define the rules of engagement, declare independence and call good people to action.
THE 2020 ELECTION
Donald Trump won the election. It was stolen from him. You can blame the Democrats for so completely perverting the process everywhere.
Why do I say the election was stolen? I watched 32 hours of testimony from people who testified before state legislative committees and who signed affidavits under oath that they saw irregularities and illegal activity. I watched digital forensic experts demonstrate conclusively how ballots were faked and fudged; how counts were manipulated and how vote totals were changed. I saw it in four states; eight hours each. The evidence is irrefutable. But apparently the evidence is also ignorable. I watched as Governors, Secretaries of State and election officials illegally changed election laws and use goon tactics to hide their corruption of the voting process on site. The Democrats just say it didn't happen. Why do we just accept what they say? How can you look at that video from Georgia and conclude anything else other then they cheated? It's like seeing a video of a bank robbery, denying what you have just seen and declaring that the money that's missing really isn't missing. How can you have fractional vote results? How do you legitimately count one third of a vote? The Democrats say they don't see it. Partisan state judges won't look at it, including the Supreme Court. Legislatures either will not act or are being blocked from acting on the evidence. Americans can't get their day it court. That's really frustrating. That's unacceptable!
After the Jan 6th breach of the Capitol, Mitch McConnell said on the floor of the Senate, "The mob was fed lies. They were provoked by the President and other powerful people." He should be ashamed of himself for betrayal of the American people and betrayal of the truth. It was desertion under fire and a cheap shot not worthy of his position. When Lindsay Graham stood up in the Senate in December and caved in on the election results saying "enough is enough", that was un-American. That was disappointing. I supported a quitter. When Kelly Loeffler decided not to object because of the turmoil of January 6th, that was cowardice. Was the objection suddenly no longer valid? Or, did you just chicken out? I supported another quitter. (I guess it's true. A fool and his money are soon parted.) It seems that only Donald Trump is willing to fight for the American people. Even Kevin McCarthy has apologized for Trump's speech. Is he apologizing because Trump thinks the election was stolen? Is Trump not allowed to think that? Is he apologizing because Trump asked his followers to exercise their constitutional right to peaceably assemble and petition for redress of grievances? Or, is he apologizing for his own weakness? That's like apologizing to the woke crowd for being white. Enough of this nonsense! Why are Republicans not standing up for the republic? Why are we not calling out the BS? The 1619 Project is BS. Boys have a penis. Girls have a vagina. Anything else is BS. Black Lives Matter was founded on the Trevon Martin lie and grew on the Michael Brown "hands up don't shoot" lie? The founders of BLM say they are "trained communists". We should believe them. Why is communist BLM painted on streets and on basketball courts? How could the NBA and the NFL buy into the BS? It is corporate wokeness run amuck and it's destroying a 50-year effort at racial harmony in the process. Nobody in their right mind would want to defund the police. But when Drew Brees said he supports the police he was hammered into submission. When Chuck Schumer said "First we take Georgia, then we change America", he meant it. And we should believe him too. He'll say anything to sell the socialist lie if it helps him maintain power. He is perhaps even more cynical than Nancy Pelosi, AOC or the rest of the squad. How about Hillary Clinton? She is still spouting the Russia collusion lie that she started. Now that the Democrats have the House, the Senate and White House maybe we shouldn't be so quick to give up on Trump's claim to the election. Maybe we should find out the truth before they really do "change America".

To all Republicans, whether you like Trump or hate Trump, Democrats are coming for you driven by the SJW's and socialists. They'll start off by trying to impeach Trump again because they hate him more than you. But make no mistake. They WILL come after you. You're just further down the list than Ted Cruz or Josh Hawley. If you think you're going to score points by trying to get bipartisan, you're deluding yourself. They are so sure in the rightness of their wrongness that anything goes. They will lie, cheat, steal - an election, for example. (Remember "if you like your doctor, you can keep you doctor"?) They will say that boys can be girls and girls can be boys. BLM good. Orange man bad. Boys in the girls' bathroom good. Keystone XL pipeline bad. Kiss 11,000 jobs goodbye. They don't care! Carolyn Maloney, House Democrat from NY, wants to kick Parler when it's down. Why? Because Twitter good, Parler bad. White people are racists because they are white. They can never not be racist because they are white. And on and on it goes. The ends justify their twisted means. You don't think like that. But they do. They will never quit. Will you? The socialist ideology is relentless. Are you? If you are not equally relentless, you lose. Do you want to lose?

There should be a special Hell for establishment Republicans and the Lincoln Project. Their peevish practice of perpetually trying to trash Trump and undermining his efforts to make America great again is contributing to the loss of American ideals and freedoms. They are as deranged as the Democrats but maybe more dangerous.
I am especially disappointed in the Supreme Court. These cowards are just looking the other way. Consider the way they decided the case of the church in California in June, 2020. Chief Justice Roberts wrote, “Although California’s guidelines place restrictions on places of worship, those restrictions appear consistent with the free exercise clause of the First Amendment”. Say what? Restrictions appear consistent with the free exercise clause?? (Black appears white. White appears black. Up appears down.) That is shameful political double-speak at its finest, Mister Chief Justice. The Supreme Court simply ignored the first amendment and allowed the Governor to call the shots and shut them down. Why?? It's not as if the language of the first amendment is ambiguous. What's not to understand about "Congress shall make no law ... "? How about "respecting an establishment of religion"? How about "or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;"? What don't they get? Really, if they are having trouble with this one, maybe they should seek employment elsewhere? More importantly, if you can't rely on the Supreme Court to defend and protect your Constitutional rights, who can you rely on? In what alternate world does the bogus election in one state NOT impact the other states? The Texas case should have been taken up by the Supreme Court! If Texas can't rely on the Supreme Court to defend and protect the Constitution, who can they rely on? If America is to be a nation of laws, then those laws need to be followed, Mister Chief Justice. The lawlessness has already begun. When the Dems cheated to steal the election, when the Governors violated the Constitution with their tyrannical lockdowns, they broke the law.
How do you get your day in court?
You take back your freedom. You live by the tenants of the Declaration of Independence, the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Anyone who opposes your quest for freedom will be ignored. If they get in the way, they will be dismissed. If they get violent, they will be dispatched. Let me be really clear. I am not advocating violence. I am advocating defense against violence. I am calling for defense against the insurrection of the left. (Cheating to steal an election is insurrection.) I am advocating for the Declaration of Independence:
"WHEN in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another" and to assume the powers and equal station that "the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God" entitle them, it is reasonable to explain why.
Here is the short summary of the "long train of abuses and usurpations" - the reasons why.
- Cheating to steal an election is overthrowing the republic. It is the left that wants to "take Georgia" and then "change America". If we let it stand, we lose it all. We must not let it stand.
- Locking down citizens and denying their right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness is an egregious abuse of power. No excuse for tyranny can be tolerated. None!
It's not just dissolving the political bands. That's only half the job. The tougher half is "to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."
CONCLUSION
When did America become the land of wimps? Has America lost its spirit? I call on the 75 million voters disenfranchised by the theft of the 2020 election to rise up, choose leaders who will represent you at a new Continental Congress. I call on whoever is left in the Senate and House who are willing to stand with the Trump vision of making America great again to not abandon the 75 million honest Americans, the "deplorables", who just want a better future for their kids. If you believe in the rights of the individual over the rights of the collective, you need to defend those rights. If you are sick of woke, wake up. Get active! Take back the high ground.
