HEY PEOPLE. DEFY GOVERNMENT ORDERS. DO WHAT YOU WANT!

 

Government emergency orders are unconstitutional. Mask mandates are unconstitutional. All of the lockdown orders are unconstitutional.

The government has been fining and arresting people who do not comply with their emergency orders. Their orders and their actions are illegal and unconstitutional. That's why everyone who fights the fines wins in court. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms states:

Section 7: Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice.

Section 8: Everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search or seizure.

Section 9: Everyone has the right not to be arbitrarily detained or imprisoned.

Ontario's emergency orders do not override the constitution. Period. The Ontario Government, indeed all governments across Canada, have been breaking the law to enforce their tyranical emergency orders. They claim that they are just following the science. It's bulls**t and everyone knows it. So why do we follow along like sheep? Becauce the government, tyrants and bullies all, are willing to back their illegal orders with force. And they are getting away with it.

Sending 253 cops to arrest one restaurant owner has nothing to do with science. It is just vindictive retribution against someone who has the temerity to defy illegal government orders. Fining a gift store in Bolton for opening while allowing walmart to open has nothing to do with science. It's just government overreach and bullying. They do it just because they can.

In Calgary, Pastor Artur Powlowski just wants to feed the poor a few times per week. But it's wrong to feed the poor during a pandemic. The cops harrass him with multiple tickets served at his home to intimidate him (we know where you live) and the cops push on people just because they can. These dirty cops are as corrupt as their political masters. It's time to push back.

 

Here's a bit of science for you. Across Canada, only 300 people under the age of 50 have died of Covid. Across Canada! Only 300! And they all had co-morbidities. Go to ontario.ca and search for "covid deaths by age". Good luck finding the results. You can't find the information. They don't want you to know that a tiny number of people under age 50 have died of Covid. And 3/4 of deaths in Ontario have been in long term care homes. So the danger, while real, has been grossly exaggerated to scare you into submission.

To scare you they use larger numbers. Cases. They also try to scare you by telling you that hospitals will be overwhelmed. That was the reason given for the Ontario shut down in December and the extention in January. It was a bald-face lie. As of January 20, 2021 there were 395 people in ICU in Ontario. Ontario has ICU 3,500 beds. It wasn't even close.

Now the question is what can you do about it? If you try to go it alone, they'll beat you up. I recommend banding together in groups too big to bully. For example, the CFIB in Ontario could (if they would grow a backbone) organize their members to defy the government and open their doors on a given date. Retailers, same thing. Restaurants, same thing. Get 100 stores to work together and expand from there. PTA's could reach out to each other and demand full school openings. This half and half stuff in an assault on kids. Zoom clases don't work. They are very damaging to children's education and mental health. It should be stopped. Coordinated group action to reject illegal government orders will end the tyranny and get the province back to work. Back to living.

Let's get the orchestras playing, the theatres performing and dancers dancing.

Protect the elderly but let's start living. F the bureaucrats.
