8. The Takeover of Schools: Common Core and CRT Curriculum

We are indoctrinating the next generation to be racist .. and stupid. 2+2=5? Really? Do you want to ride in the self-driving car made by the people who learned that math? How about a little bit of brain surgery? Is close good enough? Oh, and that trip to the moon? Is it OK that the math for the trajectory is the new woke standard? Did you want to get back?

We’ve been building up to this insanity for a very long time. We just didn’t pay attention as so-called “educators” took over the schools. Here’s a bit of history.

Horace Mann, the father of public schooling, 1796 - 1859:

He said, “ We who are engaged in the sacred cause of education are entitled to look upon all parents as having given hostages to our cause.” Hostages? Really? Is that warped or what?

John Dewey, 1859 - 1952: 

Dewey was a major educational reformer for the 20th century. He said, “The children who know how to think for themselves spoil the harmony of the collective society which is coming, where everyone would be interdependent. Think about that. “The harmony of the collective”! Thomas Jefferson called it “the calm of despotism” back in 1793. These bad ideas have been around for a very long time.

The NEA has never been advocates for your children.

In 1947, the NEA stated, “ Far too many people in America, both in and out of education, look upon the elementary school as a place to learn reading, writing and arithmetic.” In 1948 the NEA stated, “ Education for international understanding involves the use of education as a force for conditioning the will of the people.” And in 1969, “Schools will become clinics whose purpose is to provide individualized, psycho-social treatment for the student, and teachers must become psycho-social therapists.” Clearly, the teachers union in California aren’t interested in teaching. They see themselves as “psycho-social therapists”. Or as they call themselves, “babysitters”. Oh no. Do I have to work to get paid? That’s not fair!

Bill Gates, a major financier of Common Core development, said they won’t know if it will work for 10 year. Bill doesn’t seem to care about using your kids as guinea pigs. Wonder if his kids got that curriculum in private school?

Then there is Jason Zima. He is the architect of the Common Core math curriculum. He has said, “it is a minimal definition of college readiness.” It is not for STEM. It’s not only not for STEM, it’s not for “selective” colleges (i.e. colleges with a math entrance exam - which is most of them.) So the match curriculum doesn’t prepare you for college. Now a school district in Virginia wants to cancel advanced math below the 11th grade.

So, if Common Core is not to prepare kids for college, what’s it for? Are we trying to dumb down the population so we don’t “spoil the harmony of the collective society”? If that sounds like the Democratic agenda, you’d be right.

Now Critical Race Theory has infiltrated schools to add a extra layer of stupid. It is indoctrinating your kids to believe that, if you are white. you are the oppressor. If you are black, you are the oppressed. And today’s sex ed is really a form of kiddy porn. These “psycho-therapists” are trying to say that boys can be girls and girls can be boys. Reason has been lost. It is time to re-think who is teaching your kids. It is time to take over the management of your kids’ education and find alternatives to the woke education mob.
